(IDAHO FALLS / POCATELLO, Idaho) – June 11, 2026 – OneSource announced it will be discontinuing its home health and hospice services, with operations concluding effective July 31, 2026.
This decision was made after careful consideration and reflects broader business and industry challenges impacting healthcare services. This decision was not made lightly, and the organization remains deeply committed to supporting patients, families, employees, and community partners throughout this transition. Ensuring continuity of care remains a top priority, and efforts are underway to assist patients in connecting with appropriate providers for ongoing services.
